A Parker DH side-by-side in 12 gauge, serial 126842, made in 1904. The 30-inch barrels are choked Full and Improved Modified and the bores are graded excellent. It is an extractor gun with double triggers and a straight-grip stock measuring 15 inches of pull. The supplier reports 85 percent of the original factory blue with speckled wear on the barrels, checkered wood in very good shape with marks and wear, and very good condition overall.
Parkers are collector guns first, and the condition report here is the kind buyers compare line by line. Still, this is a 12 gauge with two barrels, which puts it inside New Jersey's gauge range and under the three-shell limit for deer, and the Full and Improved Modified chokes are tight patterns. Whether it goes to the field or the cabinet, the long barrels and straight stock give the classic American double-gun feel.
