Buying a gun in New Jersey takes paperwork, and we build the store around it. Long guns need a Firearms Purchaser Identification Card; every handgun needs its own Permit to Purchase, applied for through the State Police portal and your local police department. New Jersey also restricts certain firearms and magazines holding more than 10 rounds, so confirm with your dealer that an item is legal to transfer in New Jersey before you order.
Deer hunting here is a shotgun and muzzleloader state: rifles are not legal for deer, and the Six-Day Firearm season runs December 7–12, 2026. We stock pump and semi-auto 12- and 20-gauges with slug barrels, plus handguns and long guns for the range and the home.
