The KSG-NR is Kel-Tec's short dual-tube bullpup: an 18.5-inch cylinder-bore 12-gauge barrel in a gun just 26.1 inches long and 6.9 pounds. It is a pump action with a 3-inch chamber and 8+1 capacity split across two magazine tubes, a central selector to choose between them, ghost ring sights and a top Picatinny rail. The finish is tan over black, and the controls are ambidextrous.

Spent shells drop straight down rather than out the side, which is what lets a left-handed shooter run it from the left shoulder without hulls in the face. The two tubes mean a buckshot tube and a slug tube can ride together. At barely over two feet long, it is a defensive shotgun for hallways and stairwells, with the rail ready for a red dot if the ghost rings are not enough in the dark.
