The Kel-Tec KSG-25 is a bullpup pump shotgun that fits a 30.5-inch cylinder-bore barrel into 38 inches of overall length by placing the action behind the trigger. This version has a Parkerized finish with olive drab synthetic furniture, a 3-inch chamber, Magpul MBUS flip-up sights on a top Picatinny rail, a Magpul RVG vertical grip and a recoil pad. It weighs 9.25 pounds with a 14.5-inch length of pull, and the manual safety is ambidextrous.

Two magazine tubes feed the action, and a selector lets you draw from either one, so a shooter can keep two different loads aboard and move between them without unloading. The long barrel gives full velocity from a package only 38 inches long, and the rail will take a red dot above the folding irons. The cylinder bore accepts the ordinary range of 12-gauge shells up to 3 inches.
