Kel-Tec's KSG-25 in FDE/Tan is a 12-gauge pump shotgun built on the bullpup pattern: the receiver sits behind the grip, so a 30.5-inch cylinder-bore barrel fits into a 38-inch gun. The chamber takes 3-inch and 2 3/4-inch shells. Furniture is tan synthetic with Magpul MBUS front and rear sights, Picatinny rails above and below, a Magpul RVG vertical foregrip and sling loops. Weight is 9.25 pounds.

The feed system runs on two tubular magazines with a selector lever between them; you pick which tube is live, which makes it easy to carry birdshot in one and slugs in the other and move from one to the other without unloading. The upper rail is for an optic, the lower one for a light or the foregrip. Everything about the layout is built around keeping the overall length short while the barrel stays long.
