American Tactical's Cavalry GKOF12SV is a 12-gauge over-and-under with 28-inch barrels of 4140 chrome-moly steel, chrome plated inside and out, and 3-inch chambers. Capacity is the two barrels. It weighs 7 pounds and measures 45.5 inches, with an engraved receiver, oil-finished Turkish walnut stock and forearm, a single selective trigger, a brass front bead and an ambidextrous manual safety. Five chokes are supplied: Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified and Full.

A two-barrel gun is already inside New Jersey's three-shell limit for deer, and a 12 gauge sits in the permitted 10-to-20-gauge range, so with the Cylinder or Improved Cylinder tubes and a buckshot or slug load it can hunt the Six-Day Firearm season in December without any modification. Modified and Full cover upland birds and clay work the rest of the year. The chrome-plated bores are there for resistance to wear and wet weather.
