This Rossi 351 is a steel-frame double-action revolver in .38 Special with the 2-inch barrel, a five-shot fluted cylinder, blued finish and a rubber grip. It is a used modern-production gun showing light marks on the finish and grip; the bore is very good and the overall condition is very good. Serial number CN27101.

Five rounds of .38 in a steel snubnose is a long-standing home and backup choice, and the steel frame adds heft to a small gun. A New Jersey buyer handles the purchase through the Permit to Purchase system: file online with the NJSP, receive the permit from your local police department, and present it at the dealer within its 90-day window (it renews automatically for another 90). You must be 21, and the dealer's State Police check happens before release. One handgun per 30 days applies unless you hold an exemption.
