This Colt Python is a Custom Shop special order from 1980, serial K02266, in .357 Magnum with an 8-inch barrel. The finish is nickel plate, the action was tuned by the Custom Shop, and it wears a Colt rubber grip with Elliason sights. It is in excellent condition and comes with its box, which still carries the Custom Shop label. Listed under SKU C20550 as a used Colt.

An 8-inch nickel Python is a collector and range revolver for a New Jersey buyer, and the Custom Shop label on the box is the detail Python collectors look for. On the line, the long barrel and Elliason sights suit slow-fire work at longer handgun distances, and .357 Magnum gives plenty of options for paper or steel. It is a handgun, so each purchase takes its own Permit to Purchase filed through the NJSP online system, and the dealer runs the State Police check before you take it home.
