The Hi-Point 995TS is a California-compliant 9mm carbine built around a reliable blowback operating system and an all-weather molded synthetic stock. Its 16.5-inch barrel and 31-inch overall length provide a practical carbine format, while the skeletonized stock incorporates an internal recoil buffer for comfortable handling. The carbine features a manual thumb safety, grip-mounted magazine release, last-round hold-open function, and fully adjustable post front and peep rear sights. Weaver-style rails and a scope base provide a solid foundation for adding an optic. This configuration includes a 10-round magazine and uses a magazine specific to the 995TS platform rather than the Hi-Point C9 pistol.
